    Hello Everyone,
Today I was able to decrease my intrathecal pain pump again for the 4th time. I received a stem cell paste injection into my damaged pudendal nerve area in January. I lived with chronic neuropathic pudendal neuralgia for the past 20years. I developed pudendal neuropathy after a vaginal hysterectomy due to a vaginal cuff abscess in 1996. I tried everything from surgery, medications, nerve blocks, neurostimulators, cryosurgery, radio frequency, injections, and intrathecal pain pump. I received dilaudid/bupivacaine in my pump. Dr. Todd Malan of Scottsdale AZ harvested 70million stem cells from my abdominal adipose tissue through a mini lipo-suction. This highly concentrated adipose stem cells will be healing and combating inflammation for the next 2years at the injection site! There's the potential for complete healing of my pudendal nerve at the end of 2years. I have been pain free of burning pelvic pain since the stem cell paste injection. Dr. Malantold me that this stem cell paste injection can also be injected into any disc or joint. Even if there is no cartilage in the joint. Even if there is bulging, herniated, or ruptured discs. The stem cells will grow new cartilage for that joint. The stem cells will be healing any disc problems. I was receiving enough narcotics for a herd of elephants!!! For each 1mg decrease is equivalent to 3300mg of oral narcotic medications. You couldn't take that much narcotics by mouth!!! That is one of the reasons why I was relentless in my search for alternative treatments for pudendal neuralgia. Stem cells are the future of Medicine!!!
